Not only is everything in our lineup totally GLUTEN FREE; we offer dairy free, vegan, refined sugar free, egg free, nut free and soy free options. Please don’t let that scare any of you dairy or gluten eaters away; we want everyone to enjoy our baked goods and treats because they are made with all natural and fresh ingredients…plus, you won’t be able to tell a difference!

We have over 300 combinations of Mexican dinners - ALL 100% GLUTEN-FREE! Our downtown Appleton location has a faithful following of members from Appleton Celiac Support Groups, and they would tell you how much they love coming here. You will see that we offer 10 different side dishes and 8 different sauces, which are all gluten-free. Most entrees can be prepared using corn tortillas, for optimum variety when dining out.


In addition, we have a designated fryer where we fry all of our chips so every guest can enjoy them. We also have a designated grill, separate saute pans, and separate utensils for preparing any dish for any type of food allergy. We have taken many precautions to ensure that people with food allergies can enjoy our awesome menu with confidence.

“We’re definitely a little more family-friendly, on a different level than how The Bar operates,” Miller said. “They’re more casual, and probably demographically-speaking, skew younger – you know, a Friday night targeted to happy hour. And though The Bar serves a lot of food, it’s not to the extent that we do here. We offer items that you’re not going to see there, say Saturday’s prime rib, our broasted chicken everyday. Our breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday have also become really popular.”

...though most notable is Graystone’s dedication to offering most items as gluten-free.“The demand has been there,” Miller said. “It’s something we’ve really worked hard on, to make the menu accessible to everyone who wants to eat here, to educate our staff about it.”

Look for this symbol to identify menu items that we can prepare gluten-free! We have equipment devoted to non-wheat products to prevent cross- contamination. Items can also be cooked solely on the char-broiler, which does not come into contact with items containing wheat. Please consult the manager on duty for further assistance or with any questions you may have.

Unless noted (with a '!'), items can be prepared with gluten free ingredients. We follow a protocol (clean utensils, etc.) to reduce the chance of gluten contamination, but we do not have a gluten free kitchen. Individual ingredients are subject to change. If you have any questions, please contact us.

If particulate cross-contamination is an issue, please let us know. Kavarna does not have a GF kitchen, but we can take steps to minimize (but not eliminate) risk.

We are a small independent chocolate shop on Madison's near west side. Theobroma cacao. Food of the gods. We pride ourselves in our house made truffles and treats featuring unique and decadent ingredients. We serve amazing espresso from Kin-Kin coffee roasters which pairs well with our hand picked chocolate selections. Gluten Free? You bet ... all in-house treats, brownies, chocolates and all confections are gluten free.

The information in our Allergen Grid identifies common allergens present in each menu item.

Culver’s restaurants contain common allergens and our dishes are prepared to order; however, normal kitchen operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas and we cannot guarantee any menu item will be free of allergens.

Items cooked in the fryers may come into contact with egg, milk, wheat/gluten, soy, fish and shrimp.

Culver’s ground beef is 100% beef, and it is cooked on a grill with bread.

Please inform a restaurant manager when placing your order if a food allergy or sensitivity is a concern.
